This project went into construction in 2017 and built, leased and sold in Dec 2018

16 unit townhouse development located on the 70th Street in Scottsdale. The site borders downtown Scottsdale’s Arts and Fashion District at 70th Street & Goldwater. Total gross floor area 29,552 sq ft. Project started in 2017 Dec and was built, leased and sold in Dec 2019.

56 single family homes purpose built for rent in a gated community. Land size of 3.5 acres. This is a great location very close to Biltmore Fashion Park. The projected started in Sept 2018, built, leased and sold in December 2020.

21 unit townhouse development. The only for rent sub division in the coveted Biltmore neighborhood, home to the Waldorf Astoria Biltmore Hotel & Spa. The construction started in April 2019 and the project was built, leased and sold in May 2021.

Purchased in Oct 2020, this is an infill land with one (1) duplex and one (1) bungalow. Value addition was done in this by increasing the density to 32 unit townhouse zoning. Sold in May 2022.

1.1 acre infill site in high intensification zoning. Purchased in June 2022. Planning in progress for a 47 unit, 4 story purpose built rental building with GFA of 36,000 sq feet.
